The Workout Room is available freely to guests renting both the downstairs and upstairs apartments. It is on the ground floor, entered by its own door at the back of the house. The Workout Room is fully winterized and centrally heated. It is light and airy and large enough for two people to work out at one time.

The equipment provided is:

• A Concept 2 Model D Indoor Rowing Machine, with PM3 monitor. Visit concept2.com for more details and information.
• A Sportrek Model EE220 Magnetic Elliptical Machine with monitor, pulse monitor and variable resistance.
• Weights – 5 lb (2.27kg), 10 lb (4.55kg), 15 lb (6.82kg), 20 lb (9.09kg) and 25 lb (11.36kg).
• Stability balls – 55cm and 63cm diameter.
• Abs Roller.
• Resistance tubes.
• Cooling fan, large wall mirror

Guests are requested not to wear outdoor shoes in the workout room and to wipe down the machines after use.

Leading out of the Living Room, the Upstairs Deck was new for 2007 and is provided with comfortable patio furniture. It offers great views over Rockland Harbor and is the perfect place for relaxing and casual dining outdoors.
